PROCEEDINGS:

The meeting started at 9:30 am. Madam Vilma, Faculty Club President led the short prayer.

Sir Nick gave an orientation about the mandates of DepEd on the ESIP, the features and principles of
ESIP and its implementation cycle.

He also facilitated the brainstorming in the roles of every SPT member. Every representative was given
a chance to share their ideas. Issues and concern in their respective area were also noted as a basis of assessment
and evaluation in the formulation of plan.

Ma’am Vilma, the faculty President, presented the SPT preparation, formulation/drafting and
implementation plan. (SIP Cycle – Assess-Plan-Act)

SUGGESTIONS/AGREEMENT

1. It was suggested that Barangay council will assist the team in charge of community
mapping to inform their constituents about the purpose of the school.
2. The group agreed to meet for the finalization on April 2016, and drafting or writing of ESIP on
May 2016.
