Procure & administer various safety items as per safety manual attached. Providing temporary structures for civic amenities of all personnel working on project site including inmates of labour colony. SITE UTILISATION LEVEL 1 DATA COLLECTION Site utilization envisages planning & allocating slot for the following Temp Structures / Activities needed for the construction & commissioning of the project. 1. Security cabin and centry posts planned for site security & surveillance systems. 2. Location of site office with meeting room, staff working space for client/PMC/Toilets, Pantry, etc as per plan approved by PMC. 3. Location of contractors site offices/ stores including staff working space, meeting room, Pantry, Toilets etc as per plan approved. 4. Mock-up Facility at site to display all elements/ modules of work to be executed including display of all construction materials/Permanent fixtures, installations & brands of materials approved by Architect/Consultants for purpose of incorporation into the project. 5. Location of Temporary labour Camps ( within the site premises of site where so permitted) or outside covering required no of dormitory/ family hutments, toilets, Bathrooms, Kitchen facilities, welfare structures like kindergarten schooling, crche, kids playground, Temple/ Mosque/Church or any other place of religious worship with temporary approach road facility for an ambulance to reach all hutments. 6. Location of concrete/Asphalt batching plants (Quantity as per project requirement) including raw materials like Cement, Sand storage yard with adequate space for the movement of light & Heavy duty vehicles during operation. 7. Location of site laboratory for conducting various quality control site tests as per list enclosed. 8. Location of site temporary hydraulic structures like UG-sump, OHT, Septic tank with cesspool etc. 9. Concrete Precast unit fabrication cum curing yard. 10. Steel yard covering slot for storage handling fabrication close to each other. 11. Shuttering yard covering slot for storage handling & fabrication yard close to each other. 12. Ear-marking &demarcating at site slot for the accommodation of temporary offices & stores area required for all other agencies expected to occupy & establish during the currency of contract. 13. Temporary approach roads & Drainage disposal system planned for Light / Heavy duty vehicles including plant & machinery working for the project. 14.
