CABINET OF HOMEROOM PTA AND ADVISER OF GRADE 9-NARRA SCHOOL
YEAR 2021-2022

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into this 29 TH day of September, 2021 at Calawag National
High School, Calawag, Taytay, Palawan, by and between:

The GRADE 9 NARRA-CALAWAG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, with School Identification


Number 301679, a grade ten section of Calawag National High School address at CALAWAG,
TAYTAY,PALAWAN, represented in this Agreement by Grade IX- NARRA Adviser, LEAN T..
GARGANZA, Filipino, of legal age, and hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

AND

The HOMEROOM PTA, a duly represented by the parents of Grade Nine students section NARRA of
Calawag, Taytay, Palawan, represented in this Agreement by its Homeroom PTA President,
_____________________ Filipino, of legal age, hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND PARTY ”,

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the Department of Education of the Philippines, hereinafter referred to as “DepEd”,is the
primary government instrumentality mandated to formulate, implement, and coordinate policies, plans,
programs and projects in the areas .
WHEREAS, the Calawag National High School upholds the program, projects and activities of the
Department of Education for the continuous development of the school and the young learners.

WHEREAS, the Grade Nine Narra- Calawag National High School believes that the strong relationship
between parents and stakeholders is the key to development of the school and for the betterment of our
young generations.

WHEREAS, the Grade Nine NARRA-Calawag National High School wishes to put up a homeroom
project.

WHEREAS, the provision of classroom cabinet helps the students and parents to arrange and organize
their output modules;
WHEREAS, it will be materialized through a resolution made by the parents contributing a certain
amount to purchase materials for a cabinet.

WHEREAS, to achieve this objective, the first party and the second party need to enter into an agreement
to pay Php 200.00 for the purchase of materials and for the labor of the carpenter.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the PARTIES hereby agree as
follows:
