Check before the maintenance
Check Machine Serial # is correct by Machine serial plate
Walk around the machine to check leakage of oil, fuel and coolant
Check engine oil level (H--------L) and dirtiness (Level is within H-L range)
Before starting engine
Check coolant level of sub tank (If no coolant in sub tank, open radiator cap to check level)
Check swing machinery case oil level (H--------L) and dirtiness (Level is within H-L range)
Check PTO case oil level (H--------L) and dirtiness (Level is within H-L range)
Check monitor (SMR, Error code, Caution) (Take notes of SMR & Error)
Check Horn and Lights function
Check from the operator seat (Engine ON)
Start engine with dial MIN. Check noise, color of exhaust gas.
Check hydraulic level by specific machine posture (Refer to Shop Manual)
When required
Check / Clean / Replace air cleaner element (Replace Check air cleaner clogging caution (monitor) / indicator. Check damage of pleats and deformation
elements every 1 year or air cleaner clogging caution flashes of element. During cleaning, do not remove the inner element. Do not strike with something to
immediately after the element is cleaned) remove dust.
Check / Adjust track tension Check lubricator for the condition of track tension

Do not refill fuel to new main filter (use feed pump). Replace inner seal with new one. Re-tighten
Replace fuel main filter cartridge refer to the angle written on the filter, check that there is no leakage.

Reset maintenance monitor Reset maintenance interval from the monitor which was performed
Start engine with dial MIN. Check noise, color of exhaust gas.
Check that there is no abnormality in machine movement
Re-check
Remove the air from hydraulic circuit when replace / clean parts or oil of hydraulic circuit
Walk around the machine to check leakage of oil, fuel and coolant
Check cracks and rattling of work equipment, frame and covers
Check wear of bucket teeth and under carriage (Incl. loose track shoe bolts)
Plus-one inspection
Check leakage and damage from the cylinders and hoses (Hose STD life is 4,000H or 2 years whichever comes earlier)
Plus-one inspection by other check sheets (PM clinic, GET・UC, Visual Machine, etc.)
Cleaning Clean machine (incl. CAB) and work area. Bring back old parts and oils (don't spill)
Reporting Report the result of maintenance and inspection (with reccomendation) to the customer
