Subject: Consideration of Work Experience of TEQIP faculties by CFTIs-reg.

I am directed to refer to your note no. NPIU/TEQIP-[I/FRP/2019 dated


16.09.2019 on the subject mentioned above and to convey the approval ofNPD to advice the
CFTIs to consider the work experience ofAssistant Professors (TEQIP faculty) and also to
treat the monthly remuneration of TEQIP faculties equivalent to relevant AICTE pay scale
(6th or 7th pay, as the case may be) during the faculty selections.

2. It is therefore requested to advice the CFTIs accordingly.
