2. Shell
a. eksternal shell diisolasi, secara umum isolasi masih dalam keadaan baik.
b. internal ditemukan general corrosion ringan, tidak ditemukan indikasi metal loss karena korosi,
secara umum masih dalam keadaan baik.
c. coating under Insulation dan Penggantian insulation tidak dilakukan pada saat TA berlangsung.
d. d. internal shell dalam kondisi dapat diterima,
3. Head
a. eksternal : top head diisolasi, secara umum isolasi masih dalam keadaan baik.
b. internal top head ditemukan slight corrosion , secara umum masih dalam keadaan baik.
c. head top - bottom (internal) masih dapat diterima.
d. NDT yang dilakukan adalah PT dan UT
4. Tray
a. valve tray anomaly Tray#1B= 1 pcs (rusak); Tray#2A = 2 pcs (penggantian); Tray#4A = 1 pcs

terdapat metal loss dan masih dalam kondisi dapat diterima,

a. davit arm berfungsi dengan baik, grease terdapat indikasi mulai mengeras
b. grounding lug terpasang kencang, tidak dilakukan pengukuran nilai pertanahan,
c. ladder, plat bordes & hand rail cat pudar dan terdapat general corrosion pada sisi bawah / sudut,
secara umum masih dalam kondisi dapat diterima
7. Man Hole
a. face gasket tidak ditemukan scratch, gasket diganti baru,

REKOMENDASI

1. Penggantian 100 % pada bolt mainway tray aksesories

2. Penggantian insulation dengan material calcium silicate.


3. Melakukan NDT sesuai dengan RBI assessment, untuk UT disarankan memakai metode UT Gridding
dan UT Scan

4. Coating Under Insulation sesuai dengan spek NACE SP0198 sesuai joblist sebelumnya
