Premium Synthetic Valve Lubricant

Product Data Sheet

DSI-555

Premium Synthetic Lubricant with enhanced hydrocarbon resistance and superior metal adhesion
under the most demanding conditions, temperatures and pressure.

DSI-555 is a valve lubricant, which reduces friction during operation of valves.

DSI-555 allows valves to turn easily, thereby extending their lifetime and performance.

DSI-555 is suited for Frac applications, high pressure gas, condensate, H2O, CO2, aliphatic
hydrocarbons, butane, diesel fuel, hot asphalt, hot gases, hot oil, LPG, salt water, and sand slurries.
It is waterproof and will not harden, adheres to metal assuring protection against rust and corrosion.

DSI-555 is a synthetic lubricant that is especially resistant to hydrocarbons, water and hydrochloric
acid.

DSI-555 is formulated with solid lubricants to provide lubrication to +600˚F.

Benefits:
Non-melting and non-hardening
Rust, Corrosion and oxidation preventive
Resists, acids, hot oil, water, aliphatic hydrocarbons
Insoluble in water
Services temperature range 0o F to F 600o F (-18oC to 316oC)
Resists wash out

Application:

DSI-555 can be applied using an air operated lubrication pump, a hand-held grease gun
or a volume bucket pump.
