EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This was an attempt to know how the theories can be applied to practical situations. As a
student of BBA(H) under the Department of Management, Adamas University it was a part
of my study for everyone to undergo summer project at some renowned Organization.. So,
for this purpose, I got the opportunity of summer training at ONEX SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.
This report sums up my temporary job program from 14th June 2021–14th August covering
on going entry level position. I had superbly finished up the position in Digital Marketing
Department in ONEX SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.
In the first part of the project report, the general information of the company has been
highlighted. Information is gathered through the primary and secondary source as well
whereas in the second part of the report, contains the specialized subject study like the
objective of the internship was to do lead generation with the help of social media and
encourage and convience small and medium enterprise for taking promotional services of
ONEX SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.
My focus was on how to reach the target prospects/ customers and communicate them
about the promotional services offered by the company and its various advantages.
Basically, the process of communicating with the target prospects was in the mode of tele-
calls therefore the experience was a mixture of both positive and negative.
With time, practice and lots of patience I was able to complete my assigned tasks by the
industry guide Ms.HUMA PARWEEN (HR OF ONEX SOLUTIONS) smoothly and more
efficiently.
Last but not the least, the fifteen days of industry exposure was very interesting and
challenging to me. It has helped me to gain a practical knowledge, impromptu skill set and
the confidence to deal with the target audience directly.I trust the temporary job abilities
are crucial for my profession way.
This Internship comfort me to build up the correspondence,
punctuality,commitments,talents and collaboration capacities.

ONEX SOLUTIONS is an Digital Marketing Company in India which provides two way
solution. Onex Solution is a pioneer in mobile marketing services of bulk SMS(Both
Promotional and Transactional SMS),Bulk Email(Inbox Landing),Voice Call(30 second to
convey voice message)and VMN Solutions(Short codes and Long Codes).The company also
help one to focus and make development of business in relevant target audience at
economical cost.
I was designated as a Digital Marketing Intern and I started working with ONEX SOLUTIONS
from 14th June 2021. The internship programme has helped me to develop and improve
several business skills in the areas of communication, technology, Marketing.
It also helped me to observe and participate in business operations. Along with that it has
helped me to meet professionals and potential mentors who provided guidance, feedback
and support and most importantly it helped me to get expose to the industry, particularly in
Digital marketing field.The internship tenure was of 2 months and I have successfully
completed my internship with expertise skill set and immense knowledge.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INTERNSHIP
EDUCATIONALLY
• To link my learned knowledge to the technical operations.
• To understand application of theoretical knowledge to perform in the real corporate
world.
• To get an idea to set up my career goal through development by real work experiences.
• To explore a unique training experience of 2 months.
• To get accomplishment of the internship has helped me to complete my overall
bachelor’s degree.
PROFESSIONALLY
• To get expose to the industry, particularly in Digital marketing field.
• To gain Training from a renowned company.
• To gain valuable work experience and this will help me to explore my career path.

JOB ASSIGNED
Working experience with ONEX SOLUTIONS PVT LTD was quite good, as it has been very
interesting and flexible. My industry guide Ms HUMA PARWEEN (Senior HR of ONEX
SOLUTIONS) herself took the responsibility to train and guide us throughout the internship
period. There was a list of tasks given to me as a Digital Marketing Intern and they are listed
below:
• Making Introductory Video Of ourself:-
The first task provided by the company was to introduce ourself in a video with
Name,City,3-4 line about ourself,What we are doing at present(our current course),why we
have joined the internship.We need to record this and share in the official company group in
whatsapp.
• Sending Connections Request and Posting In Linkdin:-
During the first week of my internship, I was asked to send connections request to our HR in
Linkdien and maintain a good profile in linkdin.Thereafter we were asked to put the
Company logo as our laptop wallpaper and then were asked to click selfie with laptop and
post on Linkdin with caption with tagging our Company's HR in our Post.
• Joinning various business Groups In Facebook:-
We were asked to join 60-100 business groups in facebook from our City/Area/State &
update the sheet accordingly and then asked to collect the data of the business group and
maintain them in the Company's Online Sheet (where we were asked to maintain all data of
the given task by the company).
• Posting Creatives in the joinned Facebook Groups:-
We were shared some creatives from the Company side and were asked to post them in the
joinned business groups in the Facebook for Lead Generation from the various business
groups we joined in Facebook.
• Lead Generation from Facebook:-
We were asked to Generate maximum leads from our assigned Area/City/state;From
Google/Just Dial/Social Media etc.Thereafter we were asked to find out the details(Name
and Phone Number)of diffrent business Industry from our assigned Location.Then we were
asked to connect with them and asked to pitch company products/Services to them and if
anyone showed interest in brand promotion of their business/Company then we need to
forward their directly to our Senior HR, Ms Huma Parween.We were also asked to maintain
all the details of the Company in the Online worksheet provided by our HR of the company.
.Giving Reviews of ONEX SOLUTIONS in various Social Media:-
We were asked to give reviews about ONEX SOLUTION Services on Google,Just
Dial,Facebook with 5 star ratings and also were asked to follow Onex's Social Media Sites in
Facebook, Instagram & Linkdin and once we are finished with giving reviews then we were
asked to share the Screenshots of the Review given in each social media platform in official
Company's Whatsapp Group.
• DM to various Business in Instagram;-
We were shared a Parragraph by our HR and asked to DM it in various business Groups in
Instagram and if anyone showed interest then share them a google form provived by the
Company regarding further details of the Company's/Business showed interest in availing
Promotional Services of Onex Solutions.
• Start-Up Calling Task:-
We were Provided with 1000 Company name List in the Online Sheet by our Company HR
and were asked to find out the various details of all 1000 Company's like Brand Name,Phone
Number,Headquater,Website,Email address etc. and were asked to maintain all details of
the Company and update them in the online sheet.And once we are done with finding out
the Company's details then were asked to start calling in all the Company's with phone
numbers and try to generate maximum leads from there by convincing them to avail our
Company's Promotional Services through 4 Channels- SMS,Voice Call,Whatsapp and
Email.We were provided with the Calling Script from the Company and asked to talk to all
the listed Company as instructions given in the Calling Script.And we were asked to send 4-5
interested leads to our HR on daily basis.
• Lead Generation From Central Kolkata:-
At the last week of completion of my Internship, I was assigned a task by our Company's HR.
The task was to generate valid/interested leads for our Promotional Services from
Google,Just Dial,Sulekha,Social Media(Facebook,Instagram,Linkdin)from Central Kolkata
Location(Considering big and good areas like Park Street,Delhousie,Camac Street etc)and
was also instructed that we can approach to any Industry like Real Estate,Retail,Start-Up
etc.Once done with findind the leads then were asked to talk to them and convience them
for availing ONEX SOLUTIONS Promotional services and at last giving valid /interested leads
to our HR of the Company.
MY APPROACH, CHALLENGES AND EXPERIENCE
Due to the COVID-19 situation the internship type was Work from Home, so it went really
very flexible for me to work for the organization without sacrificing any of my comfort
zones. There was no strict working schedule, but there were training sessions conducted in
the afternoon and evening time via ZOOM.
The company guides were very supportive as they shared all the required data and
information beforehand so there’s no trouble for the interns in the completion of the work.
Initial days of the internship started with proper training and thus I got to learn so many
technical as well as business terms as well as their application in real world. The training
helped me to perform my tasks smoothly and more efficiently. The study of the Company
provided me with more knowledge about its background and its various product ranges.
The work was really very professional and systematic, as I was provided with a Calling script
before I move on to direct calling of the suspects, which helped me to bring more
confidence and perform my tasks more easily. As a fresher it was a bit challenging for me to
make leads just via tele-calls. Henceforth the initial days of lead generation was really very
hard, but the concept of calling suspects and convincing them to take the promotional
Services of ONEX SOLUTIONS made me more confident in doing Marketing through tele-
Calling also. The opportunity of contacting with the direct prospects and understanding
their needs and requirements gave me a better exposure to the industrial ground.
Apart from the lead generation the task of collecting different company's details was a very
interesting part of the internship. It gave me an idea of various company's from various
Area/City/State.
After the working experience with ONEX SOLUTIONS for 2 Months I have come across major
changes in development of my skills like ability to communicate in business platform, ability
to speak up confidently which I was lacking previously with that I have also learnt about the
workplace culture, employee relations and teamwork performance which should help me
onboard in my first professional job with more ease than if I haven’t had professional
experience.
Ultimately, I found the experience to be challenging but I found it to be valuable in
developing my skills, knowledge and it also enhanced my abilities in the field of Marketing
domain,specially in Digital Marketing area.
CHALLENGES
Issues/Problems and arrangements
• This entire temporary position period I became acquainted with how to manage
different sorts of clients, all things considered, in genuine world.
• There were sure clients who dropped the call inside brief which was an abnormal
circumstance for me.
• Understanding various People brain and managing the circumstance was a brilliant
move from my side.
• Another significant employment that I needed to play a was to give update considers
when the client gives me a specific time-frame to call.
• Gathering information from Various Area/City & States was somewhat troublesome
as there is a lock down period and numerous Company's were Closed in the
lockdown Period and doesn't have their information and contact details given on
the websites.
• At first when I interfaced with the couple of clients from diffrent City & States over
telephone to get their criticism ,language was a boundary since they talked in
Diffrent Languages,so their use to be a barrier in Communication
• Sometime in the past I was requested to perform multiple task at same time.That is
the point at which I complied with the time constraints effectively by performing
multiple tasks.
LEARNINGS:-
1. I have gain experience by doing this Internship for 2 Months which will help me in my
currior path in future.
2. Making Leads from various Cities & States for ONEX SOLUTIONS through Tele-Callings.
3.Detail Learning about the Organization Profile.
4.Founded Business Details for Various City & States like Brand Name,Address,Contact
Number,Website,Email Address.
5.Organizing with diffrent assistants and tackle the issue.
6.I have gained Experience to Convience Clients through Tele-Calling.
7.I have learnt many business and Marketing Skills from Trainning Sessions Conducted by HR
of ONEX SOLUTIONS through Zoom Meeting.
8.I have to Maintain Daily Updates of Clients in the Online Sheets provided by the Company.
9.I have developed my Communication Skills in Business Platform and also gain ability to
speak up confidently in Public.
10. I have learnt about the workplace culture, employee relations and teamwork
performance which should help me onboard in my first professional job.
CONCLUSION
Working with a Digital Marketing Company ONEX SOLUTIONS I feel myself to be lucky and
grateful to my University, the Career Development Cell (CDC), my departmental faculty
members and the company overall.
These 2 Months of training has shaped me into a professional person. The ethics of a
working place is being taught to me; the values of the working professionals are being
shared to me. As discussed earlier my experience with the company was initially a bit
challenging and crucial during the time of lead generation but with more effort and constant
support from my guides and mentor, I could successfully complete my task as per assigned
by the instructor Ms.HUMA PARWEEN (HR of ONEX SOLUTIONS).
While I had many useful experiences at ONEX SOLUTIONS, I feel that I still need to develop
my confidence level with technological ground. In this regard, I believe I have a huge
accomplishment. Although in the initial stage seemed to be hard as most of the prospects
were rejecting the calls but the communication with the prospects made me more confident
and hardworking for better result goal. This was an amazing opportunity for me to
understand what working in the field is really like especially in the Marketing domain.
I will take the lessons and skills I learned from this experience and apply them in my next
position. In short, this internship experience has shaped the professional in me.
