SHS Focal Person Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist the Assistant School Principal in monitoring the curriculum and its implementation
including approval of the teacher assignments loading and class programs
2. Leads in the creation and implementation of standards for teachers and students
3. Monitors the use of updating LIS and EBEIS
4. Encourages participation of stakeholders
5. Assist in planning preparation and delivery of the SHS program
6. Facilitates organizational efficiency and the effective management of the people, and system
of the Senior High School.
7. Manage the situational analysis on the K-12 partnership resources including:
a. Helps mobilize resources.
b. Establish/pursue partnerships based on the internal and external assessments.
c. Coordinate with the immersion teachers regarding the immersion placement of SHS
students.
d. Facilitates the evaluation of partnerships for policy and sustainability.
8. Coordinates and report to the Assistant School Principal.
