1. Prerequisites
Description
 ZKTeco Device connected in LAN network and Its IP address.

 One Computer dedicate with Sql Server 2012.

 ZKTeco software

 Windows Service Setup.

1.1 Step 1
1) Install ZKTeco Software
2) Go to Terminal Tab and Enter IP Address of device
3) Click on Test Connection
4) It will prompt success message if connection is successful
5) Click on save button

1.2 Step 2
1) Create New Blank Database in Sql.

1.3 Step 3
1) Go to Folder where ZKTeco Software is installed
2) Click on ZKTimeNet.DBTT application file
3) Select Database Type as Microsoft SQL Server
4) Enter Your Database Name (Black database which you created in SQL)
5) Enter Server name, UserId and Password

1.4 Step 4
1) Goto SQL server
2) Execute script SQL file
3) Open ApplicationSetting table and insert "CompanyId" in Name column and "<Company Id Value>" in Value
column
4) Execute "usp_CreateCalendar" procedure
5) Alter "usp_ApiGetDailyDetail" and Change Api Url to your Live application Url

1.5 Step 5
1) Install Windows Service Setup
2) After Installation Goto C:\Program Files (x86)\Lunetta Softwares Pvt Ltd\AttendanceSync

3) Open WindowsService1.exe config file and Edit values as below,

    <add key="User" value="<Enter Sql Server Username>" />

1) Restart PC.

2. Mapping Process
Description

 After Successful Integration of biometric device to the HRM system. Login to the ZKT software by providing valid
credentials.

2.1 Step 1
 Go to the Terminal tab as shown in below screen and note down the serial number entered in SN field.

2.2 Step 2
 Login to the QUTIQ HRM using valid credentials

2.3 Step 3
 Go to Configuration / Organization Setting / Mode of Attendance form as and click on add (+) button.
Following screen will be displayed.
1) Select Device Type as Biometric
2) Enter Name of Device (Any Name)
3) Enter Device ID as per step number 1

Note: This will be the Serial Number of Biometric ID which is used in Biometric Integration process.

2.4 Step 4
 Register employee fingerprint in biometric device.
 Go to the ZKT software and click on HRM Tab following screen will be displayed. Note down Emp ID of all
employees.

2.5. Step 5
 Go to Employee Details / Biometric Mappings, below screen will open
1) Select Department, Designation and click on Search button
2) Enter Biometric ID as per step number 4.
3) Select Device which is added in Mode of Attendance form as per step number 3.
4) Click on save button.
5) Repeat for all employees.
