PETITION
The undersigned petitioners, UNTO this Honorable DAR Regional Director, most
respectfully avers that:
1. Petitioners are all Filipinos, of legal ages with their personal circumtances, to
wit:
1.1 ANTONINA DUMAYAC, is a Filipino, of legal age, married to Modesto
Dumayac, Sr., and a resident of Caluasan, Dagohoy, Bohol, Philippines;
2. The petitioner may be served with notices and other processes in the afore-
stated address;
3. Private respondent is Filipino, of legal age, with his personal circumstances,
to wit:
3.1 MODESTO DUMAYAC, JR.., Filipino, of legal age, married to
Mercedita Rulida, and a resident of Caluasan, Dagohoy, Bohol, Philippines;
4. The respondent may be served with notices and the other processes in the
afore-stated address, respectively;
5. Public Respondent, REGISTER OF DEEDS OF BOHOL, is holding office at
Ground Floor, Old Capitol Complex, CPG Avenue, Tagbilaran City, where it
may be served with summons and other processes.;

6. Private respondent is the one named in a landholding under Original
Certificate of Title No. 7962/CLOA No. 00333622 with an area of 0.9525
hectares located in Caluasan, Dagohoy, Bohol, Philippines, but in the
conduct of an on-site investigation and validation of the herein title, it was
found out
that the actual tiller is petitioner ANTONINA DUMAYAC, the mother of
respondent Modesto Dumayac, Jr.;

7. The herein investigation revealed that the herein respondent has never
occupied or tilled of the subject farmlot, instead, it was actually tilled by his
father Modesto Dumayac, Sr, (deceased) and now replaced by his mother
Antonina Dumayac.;
8. The petitioner is landless, and she maintained the productivity of the coconut
trees planted by her deceased husband, Modesto Dumayac, Sr.; and
9. Furthermore, the petitioner is willing, able, and equipped with the aptitude
to cultivate the land and make it productive. Also, petitioner spend most of
her life in farming as her only source of income.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respecfully prayed that the instant
petition be GRANTED.
Other reliefs and remedies, which are just and equitable under the premises are
likewise prayed for.

Poblacion Norte, Carmen, Bohol, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with the law
here depose and states that:
1. I have caused the preparation and filing of the foregoing Petition.
2. I am party-in-interest of this case and I have rad, and fully understand the contents thereof and
hereby declare that all allegationd therein are true and correct based on my/our own personal
knowledge and on existing records;
3. There is no similar or related petition initiated involving the same land or pending before the
Supreme Court, Court of Appeals or any court, tribunal, agency or quasi-judicial body in the
Philippines. That if there is any such action or procceedings which is whether pending with the
afore-mentioned courts, I will inform this Honorable Office of the status thereof; that if I shall
hereafter learn that a similar action or proceedings had been filed or is pending before the said
courts, I will undertake to report such fact within five (5) days therefrom to this Honorable
Office.
