Do you know how to bonsai a plant?

Most people buy pre-made bonsai trees. Although it is a feasible way, learning how to grow and
style your own beautiful tree is an exciting, cost-effective, and rewarding thing to do.
1. Figure out which tree you want to grow. Focus on your needs, climatic conditions, and
circumstances.
2. Buy the tree from the market or pick one from your natural surroundings.
3. You can also cultivate your own tree from seeds or cuttings. However, it will take at least
3-5 years before you can style it.
4. Once you get a tree of your desired height, start pruning.
5. Give it a shape of your choice.
6. Care and maintenance are important parts of growing a bonsai tree.
7. Water the plant properly but do not over-water it.

Pots for your plants

You can start small, with just a couple of plants like bonsai or money plant in a ceramic pot on
side tables in your house, or you can go create your own vertical garden filled with beautiful
plants.
A wide variety of choices in pot materials such as terracotta pots, plastic, and ceramic pots in
different sizes and styles are available. Hence, your selection depends on the plant’s moisture
preferences, size among other things. In general, use clay and unglazed ceramic pots for plants
that prefer fast-draining soil. On the other hand, use plastic, metal, or glazed ceramic pots for
plants that require a moist environment.
