1.

What are some difficulties involved with selling a service that are not
encountered in selling a product?
➔ There are three difficulties in marketing a service that are not accessible in
selling a product: recognizing what organization is selling/providing,
promoting in many locations, and not knowing who your customer is.
2. Is experience really necessary in selling? Why?
➔ Yes, because having sales experience makes it easier to acquire a
customer since you already know what you're going to do, say, and how
you're going to do it. Because when you have experience, you will be
aware of the opportunities that may occur as a result of meeting new
people and would not be afraid to speak with your customers.
3. Do a reaction paper on this topic.
➔ This topic taught me what to do when selling in front of a customer and
what qualities or traits a salesperson must possess. This topic is
important to me since I may need such things soon and still want to know
if my personality, skills, and abilities are appropriate for me. I realized that
there are still numerous things to know about this subject.
