D. UNSAFE PEDESTRIANS
The pedestrian way remains damaged in anna salai.
The pedestrians were mostly affected due to this. This
will lead to more accidents.
E. DRAINAGE
Despite being one of the arterial roads in the city,
Anna Salai was badly hit during rainfall. It was found
that huge trenches were dug with cables criss-

Anna Salai is used by over 0.183 million vehicles
every day. The Metropolitan Transport Corporation in
Anna Salai carries about 14,000 passengers per hour
per direction.
