Outline
To machine the work by TPS-3000, input a basic data to generate the high speed cycle machining data
and transnit it to NC mexory. Next, create the program to operate CNC machine.
(2) Generate the high speed cycle maching data by inputting the basic data with a host computer
according to machining draving.
—— Data input method is detailed in the Software Manual 1 in this manual.
@ Transmit this high speed cycle machining data to the NC memory by using an interactive pacro.
--— Program transmission nethod is detaild in the Software Hawa] 1 and 2 in this manval,
@ Program fron the sachining draving for operating the CNC systen.
——-—— Programming nethod is detailed in Softvara Manual 2, Instruction Manual 2 and Manual nade
by NC device naker.
(4) Clamp the vork and tool and operate the tool according to the program to machine actually.
——— ONC operating method is detailed in the Instruction Manual, 2 and anual made by NC device
maker.
(Hote 1) The Instruction Manuals made by NC device maker are generally described for the CNC
system.
In the TPS-3000 which is spacial purpose machine, the Manuals made by cur cospany take
precedence over these manuals.
ote 2) In this manual, an explanatory note is provided concerning item needing special attention.
However, it is impossible to describe all detailed-nechanism.
Accordingly, when a function isn’t described as a possible operation, assume that "the
operation is impossible”.
(Note 3) When a term vhich has not been explained appears, skip once and read again after reading
it through.
Qote 4) This manual may be changed for remodeling the system.

Store the optional section form of pachining work to cut from now into section form storing

The section form with optional Z-axis position is defined by assigning this table number when
inputting the side form.
The section form is defined by finding the radius drop value from standard roundness per order
angle decided by speed. Thus, this is called ORDER DATA of section.
To obtain the section order data, three methods are provided as follows.
(@) ELLIPSE Find the mathematical ellipse form by inputting the long radius value and the
Tadius drop value from long radius at short radius position, thereby generating
the section order data.

2. 5 Let's edit side form data
‘The machining work side form being cut is defined and cutting form is made by assigning the

Positioned in ary plus or minus direction from the BASE RADIUS with form factor and

At this tine, if the value of (CUTTING Z AIIS...CP = GE] set with EDIT (cutting

The C-axis on the high speed cycle machining rotates only in integer times of 260° to the

Also, the Z-axis moves in integer tines of the high speed machining Z-axis feed rate
