 1. O/C PRIMARY – Over current primary, indication O/C
primary will glow on DDU with fault message F0108P1 and
relay OCR -78(SB1) drop.

2. E/F POWER – Earth fault power circuit, indication E/F power


will glow on DDU with fault message
F0201P2 OR F0301P2.

3. E/F AUXILIARY – Earth fault auxiliary circuit, indication


E/F auxiliary will glow with fault message F0103P2.

4. E/F CONTROL – Earth fault in battery circuit, indication


E/F control will glow with fault message F0905P2.

1) LOCO:- It indicates loco brake condition. If it shows red colour it means loco
brake is applied and brake cylinder pressure is 0.2 to 0.65 kg/cm2 or
above. If it glows after 10kmph speed a fault message F1009P1-Traction
not allowed due to applied brakes display on DDU.
AUTO:- It indicates red colour means auto train brake is applied and it glows if BP pressure dropped
below 4.75 kg/cm2. After 10kmph speed a fault message F1005P1- Traction with auto brakes
not allowed displayed on DDU.
PARKING:- Parking symbol showing red means parking brakes are in applied condition, without
extinguish this symbol traction taken a fault message F1006P1- Traction not allowed with
parking brake display on DDS.
EMERGENCY:-If emergency glows symbol red indicates emergency brake is applied.
BP is showing zero (or) below 5kg/cm2 then emergency symbol is showing red on DDU and found the
following effect :-

1) On standing Traction not allowed above 2kmph with information message -3 “Traction may not be
allowed in this loco or slave loco" displayed on DDU.

2) If emergency symbol glows at speed above 10kmph then fault message F1005P1- “Traction not
allowed with auto brakes" displayed on DDU and TE comes to zero.
