ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Collegiate
Education , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada in the reference read above ,
Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby order for
transfer of Dr.J.V.V.N.Kesava Rao , Principal , Government Degree College ,
Narasannapeta , Srikakulam District to Government Degree College ,
Koilakunta , Nandyal District on spouse grounds in the existing vacancy , duly
relaxing the rules for ban on transfers .
2. The individual is not eligible for TTA and joining time as the transfer is
effected on his request .
3. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take
further action .
4. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance Department , vide
their Finance U.O.No.HROPDPP (TRPO )/111 /2022 (Computer No.1757603 ),
dated : 22.06.2022 .
