A high school student named Catrina L. Felipe is applying to participate in the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) with the Local Government Unit of Liwan West, Rizal, Kalinga. She saw a post on the PESO Rizal Facebook page advertising open positions in the SPES program for the current year. As a resident of Purok 1 Babalag East in Rizal, Kalinga, she believes she would be a flexible and accurate worker to help improve the LGU. The student hopes the mayor will accept her application to the SPES program, which would help financially struggling students in the area like herself.

Applicants on the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES)
for this year. With this, may I present with this letter my intention to work as
SPES and be part of the improvement of our LGU.

I am a resident of Purok 1 Babalag East, Rizal, Kalinga and currently High


School Student. I am flexible and can accomplished work accurately.

This program is so helpful to all students in Rizal, Kalinga who struggle


financially like me. I hope that you will consider me to accept and work as
SPES.
