- As Central Engineering lead, act as knowledge resource spearheading upgradation projects
related to design modifications, throughput improvement and efficiency improvement.
- As maintenance team lead, responsible for ensuring maximum on-stream availability of
machinery, PLC,DCS, switchyard, field instrumentation & control systems. I
- mplementation of autonomous maintenance and to bring in best maintenance practices. The
challenges include catering to the requirement of diverse businesses in the complex and to ensure
un-interrupted supply of Control systems, Power & Utilities at the best possible combination,
thereby achieving the lowest rate.
Key Achievements:
- Eliminated recurring problems and breakdowns in various units across business by promoting
the usage of TQM tools and by inculcating the culture of phenomena elimination among team
members.
