Introduction

Happay is a quick and easy expense reporting tool that helps you focus less on expenses and more on things that
matter.

With Happay, you don’t have to hold on to paper receipts and file expenses in spreadsheets. Receipts can be
easily digitised and expenses can be captured and submitted online in seconds.

No more footing the bill from your own pocket. Happay cards come pre-loaded with funds that you can use for
any and all business spends.

1. Happay Web Dashboard

Happay’s web dashboard is an online platform that http://v2.happay.in/


enables you to create expense entries, compile them
into reports, and submit them for approval quickly
and easily.

It also allows you to request funds for business


spends and send in your travel requisitions for better
and hassle-free business trips. Enter Email or Mobile

2. Your First Login

Once your company has added you as a user on


Happay, you’ll receive an email invitation from
[email protected].

1. Open the email and click on the


Accept Invite button.

2. Enter your phone number. Enter Email or Mobile

3. Next, an OTP will be sent to your phone to verify Verify Mobile Number

your number. Enter the OTP in the input field.

This tab shows you all the


expenses and reports that need
your immediate attention.

These maybe expenses that have


been captured but not added to
a report; reports that are saved
but not submitted; reports that
have declined expenses.

4. Adding a new cash expense Note- (Wallet type will be “Reimbursement wallet” For Your All Expenses)

1. Click on the ‘Add Expense’

2. Enter the merchant name and


amount. Add a short description
and select the appropriate category.

3. Upload the bill.

Click ‘Save’.

5. Adding a new mileage expense Note- (Wallet type will be “Reimbursement wallet” For Your All Expenses)

1. Click on the ‘Add Expense’

2. Select Mileage.

3. Enter the distance traveled.


Happay will auto-calculate the
amount based on a mileage rate that
is pre-defined by your company.

Click ‘Save’.

1. Click on the ‘Expenses’ tab on
the top navigation bar.

2. Go to the card expense you want


to edit and click the edit button on
the far right of the expense line.

3. Add a short description and
select the appropriate category.
Attach the bill.

Click ‘Update’.

7. Creating a new report Note- (Wallet type will be “Reimbursement wallet” For Your All Reports)

1. To create a new report, click the


New Report shortcut.

2. In the Create Report form, add a


Report Name and Description,
choose your Wallet and Type of
report.

3. Click Next to create report.

4. To add expenses to your


report, click on the Attach
Existing Expense button or add
new expenses by clicking the
Add New Expense button.

5. Choose expenses to file into


the report by checking the box
at the beginning of each line of
entry. Check the top most box to
select all.

6. Once you are done, click


Add.

Your selected entries will now appear


within the report. If your expenses
don’t align with your company policy,
you may receive suggestions over your
entry in red under Date & Time.

Read the suggestions carefully and


make the necessary corrections.

Click Save to save the report or click


Submit.

reports and their statuses
under the Reports tab. You
can edit, submit, or delete
your reports under this tab.
