Brochure it is an informative paper document (often also used for
advertising) that center be folded into a template, pamphlet or
leaflet. It can be a form of electronic brochure that is called e-
brochure. Also called as "booklet".

brochure is to give information, to promote, or to advertise a
product or services of a
company or institution to a target audience
Brochure characteristics

Pamphlet
Pamphlet is an unbound booklet (that is, without a hard cover or binding.
