2. The objectives of this activity are the following:
a. to provide an experiential a-rrd effective learning platform where all SDO-
Makati ofEcials and personnel will leam from the real-life experiences of
SDO-Olongapo City in their public schools' implementation of karning
Continuity and Recovery Plan (LCRP) and looping strates/ in teaching;
b. to acquire knowledge and information on various strategies in addressing
Iearning gaps and losses; and
c. to gather relevant ideas in various educational projects focused on leaming
recovery, literacy/ reading, and numeracy.
3. The following shall participate to this activity:

4. Please be guided with the following important reminders:
a. Kindly bring your updated/ latest COVID- 19 Vaccination Card, as required
by the Subic Bay Mehopolitan Authority.
b. Wear any white polo shirt, maong pants, and rubber shoes, with the latest
Makatizen jacket and ofEcial DepEd oflicial/ school ID.
c Please bring the COVID- 19 essentials, such as alcohol, sa-nitiz.er, and face
mask. For those who have existing medication, please bring your
maintenalce / medicines.
d Notepad/notebook & pen for notes and documentation purposes.
e Bring your own food/packed meals.
5. Strtctly no ure of school rervlce vehlcles bearhg red plates. The City shall
provide two (2) Makati King long Bus for this activity.
6. Kindly be guided with the following information:

Assembly Time: 5:3O a.m.
7. Attendees are expected to observe the minimum health and safety protocols, and
should follow the SBMA and DepEd-Olongapo City's terms & conditions.
8. The schools, through the participating school heads and teacher-participants,
should enter their complete names and other important data in ttris link:

9 Expenses relative to the said activity, specifically on meals and other incidental
expenses, shall be charged to the Division Maintenance and Other Operating
Expenses (MOOE) Fund, for the SDO-Proper; and School MOOE Fund, for the
school-based personnel, subject to the usual auditing and accounting rules &
regulations.
lg.The teacher-participants who are involved in this activity shall be entitled to one-day
service credit in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 entifled "Updated
Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers."
