REPORT FROM THE DIOCESAN YOUTH FELLOWSHIP REPORTS
COMMITTEE, PRESENTED TO THE DIOCESAN YOUTHS GENERAL
MEETING. @ OHUHU CIRCUIT II, DIOCESE OF UMUAHIA EAST, ON
14TH OF AUGUST 2021.
INTRODUCTION: We sincerely want to thank God for His Grace and Wisdom to
carry this great task, also wish to appreciate the Diocesan Youths' Leadership Team
ably led by the President: Bro. Cassidy Chukwuemeka, the Coordinator: Rev.
Timothy Udorji and the entire Youths Fellowship body for this great opportunity to
serve in God's Vineyard.
THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS:

OUR OPINIONS/ RESOLUTIONS:
Firstly; i. We defined Our Committee mode of operation,
ii. What we are expected to do from the Diocesan Leadership and the general house.
Which the followings are what we resolved as our opinions;
1. Get the Circuit's Reports during the Diocesan Youth General Meetings.
2. We will be reporting to the Diocesan body in the General Meetings.
3. We will review the Reports to know whether is properly written, we will also
know where and how we need to give advice to the circuits that presented a report.
4. We will be visiting the circuits that has a pressing issue raised in their Reports. Or
we call the affected Actors consigned to address the challenges.
5. Reports Review Proper.
We observed that some of the reports were not properly written and we made some
following inputs to give correction for proper Report Writing;
a. PREAMBLE: Acknowledging the fact that God has been Our help and expressing
Our heartfelt joy in seeing everyone.
b. ADMINISTRATION: This means, state the Circuit's Leadership body. (ie; 1.
President: Bro... 2. Vice: Sis. Secretary: Bro... Treasurer: Sis... And etc.)
c. COMPOSITION: Name of each Local Church under your Circuit with the Name
of Each of that Local Youth President/ Leader (very important) Eg; 1.John Wesley
MCN Umuire - Bro Chibuike
2. Christ MCN Umuokehi Obiohuru - Bro Kingsley Paul, etc.
d. NUMERICAL STRENGTH: State number of Male, Female, Active members,
Non-Active members and Total.
e. PROGRAM/ ACTIVITIES: Recently done before the General Meeting and after
the General Meeting.
f. FINANCE: Briefly state your financial report, ie. Your Circuit's Currently
INCOME and EXPENDITURE and Balance.
g. PROJECT: Ongoing projects or investment by the Circuit Youth Fellowship.
h. CHALLENGES: This should be clearly stated, ie; 1. Finance, 2. Members (Lack
of Members and nonchalant attitude, etc.) 3. Urban Migration of Our Youths for
Greener Pastures or Academic purpose, etc.
i. COMMENDATION: Please commend a youth or group of individuals for his or
her efforts recently did in the church or in the society that projected our church
image. (not the PRESBYTER.)
j. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CHURCH: These entails the activities that happens
and how the youth participated or how the youth weren't informed or carried along.
The coordination between the youth to the women, men, Sunday school etc
k. CONCLUSION: This is summary of everything you have written.
SUMMARY: By the grace of God we are assuring the Diocese that if these our
report will be accepted as a working document Umuahia East Diocesan Youth
fellowship is going to be one of the best dioceses to emulate in the entire Conference.
