PALWAGAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Administrator and Members in the above-captioned case, do hereby


agreed to the following terms that:

1. The Palwagan is named “15K Cash Palwagan” administered by the


administrator;
2. The Palwagan starts on July 01, 2022;
3. Both parties are communicated via Group Chat in Messenger App
Platform created by the administrator last June 27, 2022;
4. The scheme for compensation (sahod) of Palwagan is presented in
Table 1: Scheme of sahuran;

5. Attached Appendix A are screenshots of the administrator’s message
from a Group Chat created in Messenger App platform indicating
further terms and conditions which agreed by the members last June 28,
2022;
6. All Parties understand that all parts of this Agreement are to be kept
confidential. If any portion of this Agreement were to be made public,
the releasing party would be held responsible for any damages that
were inflicted. Furthermore, the releasing party would be liable to all
attorney’s fees of the violated party in responding to such release; and
7. Both parties agree to mediate any dispute or claim arising out of this
Agreement, or in any resulting settlement, before resorting to arbitration.

This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. Both
parties have made no other agreements, promises, representations or
warranties, express or implied, unless specifically stated in this agreement.
