VITAL SIGN COVERSATION

Nurse : Good morning, Ms!


Patients : Good morning, nurse!
nurse : Excuse me, Introduce me my name Delisa you can call
me Lisa, and  what is you name Ms?
Patient                          : Putri
Nurse                             : Oke Ms putri,  I will take care you from this morning until
this afternoon exactly at 2 pm, if you need anything you
can call me, How are you today,Ms? Do you have any
problem today?
Patients                        : A little bit of bad nurse, I feel my head is dizzy and may
nape feel heavy.
Nurse                            : Okay Ms, I will check your vital sign condition.
Nurse                            : Okay, Ms. Putri, for  your comfortable position in check,
you can choose lying or sitting position?
Patient                          : I prefer sitting
Nurse                             : Excuse me sir, first i will check blood pressure. Roll your
sleeve and put this cuff on your arm, I will measure it
and after this i will check the temperature and check
other vital signs.
Nurse : Let me check your body temperature
Patient : All right
Nurse : Would you please put the thermometer under your arm? 
Patient : Okay
beep..beep...beep
Nurse : Your body temperature is 39.2° C. It means you have
moderate fever. Now, I would like you to relax as I am
checking your pulse and respiration rate.
Patient : Okay

Nurse                             : Alhamdulillah,  I have a finish to check your vital signs


Patient                          : Thank, how about my vital signs ?
nurse                             : Yes , Ms. Putri this is the result of the examination, your
blood pressure is 160 per 100, your pulse rate is 80 per
minute, your respiration rate is 16 per minute. your blood
pressure that includes high blood pressure and now  you
must start eating less salt, fatty foods, meat, do
more exercise, adequate rest, and don’t get too much
stress and Mrs. Sofia, please control his food and don’t let
him think too much.
Family                         : Ok, I will control his food and his stress, thank you nurse
Nurse                            : You are welcome, be healthy Ms. Putri
Patients                       : Yes nurse
Nurse                             : Ok Ms, later i will report the results of the examination of Ms
vital signs to the doctor, especially for prescribing fever
medicine from the result of measuring body temperature, the
tamperature is above normal limits. If you need something you
can call me in the nurse room/nursing room.
Patient                      : Yes thank’s.
Nurse                             : You are welcome, get well soon, ameen,
Patients and Families    : Ameen.
