1. Reference: Memorandum from that office dated January 17, 2022 with subject:
Smuggling and Illicit Trade of Cigarettes and Tobacco Products.

2. This pertains to the memorandum from TDI referring the approved NIC
Intelligence Directives Number 4, Series 2021 etitled, “Taking of Sworn Statement from
Former Members/Supporters of Terrorist Organizations, Groups, and Associations
Organized for the purpose of Engaging in Terrorism’’ and enclosed with guide/sample
questions.

3. In this regard, please be informed that on January 25, 2022 at about 1:00 PM,
personnel of this unit under the supervision of the undersigned coordinated with Hon.
RAFAEL B FAMILARAN, Assistant Provincial Prosecutor, Odiongan, Romblon designated
as Prosecutor in charge for NTF70-ELCAC, Province of Romblon. Accordingly, as of this
date no former member/supporters of terrorist organization, groups, and associations
organized for the purpose of engaging in terrorism that have been arrested/surrendered
and a case filed from the Provincial Prosecutor’s office, Province of Romblon by the PNP,
AFP in relation to the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020.

4. Furthermore, this unit will use the standard form of interviewing for sworn
statements of said members/supporters if they surrender voluntarily to the law
enforcement authorities of Romblon province.
