SUBJECT : Explanation re: Candidates for Attrition

DATE : July 20, 2022

1. Reference: Memorandum from C, PARMU dated July 20, 2022 with subject
same as above.

2. This pertains to the memorandum from your good office dated July 20, 2022
directing the undersigned to explain in writing for failure to submit the name of
candidate for attrition.

3. Anent thereto, the following are the undersigned humble explanation to wit;
a. That, the undersigned is aware of the the existing memorandum re:
Reiteration on Data on Attrition and has been diligent in complying to the said
memorandum.
b. That, the undersigned sends reports re: Data on Attrition in excel format with
the name of Pat Rommell O Marfil as candidate for attrition. (attached are
screenshot of compliance re: Data on Attrition)
c. That, the undersigned has no intention to secret the name of candidate for
attrition but is to help on how would he be able to get and pass the eligibility
exam for him to be promoted.

aware of the existing
memorandum and already
disseminated and given
instructions to the personnel
who were assigned
to their respective pensioners
in this municipality but due to
excessive
numbers of pensioner and
some of them are outside
of the country,
deceased and some are
suffering from sickness, the
documents needed
were not prepared on time.
b. That, we immediately
complied on the given memo
but due to the facts
that most of our personnel were
detailed at the Quarantine
Control Points
and barangay checkpoints, they
cannot perform directly, while
the other
personnel has their own
assigned task that they only
have limited time to
look for the pensioner who was
assigned for them.
4. In this regard, the
undersigned earnestly moves
that this explanation be
accorded due consideration on
its merit and further rest
assured that the committed
lapses be rectified accordingly.
