Learning Contribution (20%)
1. In-Class Contribution
• Quantity and qualitative discussion
• Attendance

• No citations required and must be your own work

Classroom Ground Rules
1. Be punctual and prepared
2. Pay attention to others, make quality contributions, and be
respectful in your words and actions
3. Laptop, tables, and phones in class
4. Time commitment (~8-10+ hours out-of-class work per week).
Reading, researching, writing, working in groups
Group Case Presentation (15%)
• Cases will be assigned by week 3
• Must be interactive and engaging
• You will need to purchase cases online
