REMINDERS FOR “THE NEW NORMAL”
1. Upon entering Laiya, Guests must present valid ID's along with confirmed
reservations.
2. Pay the ecological fee upon entering the Laiya tourism booth. And present the
accomplished Contact Tracing form (attached here).
3. Please do not forget to bring all the required documents needed to present at
the tourism booth.
4. Present Referral slip upon check in. (From the Tourism both.)
5. For new reservations with pre-paid deposits, changes are permitted up to 7
days before your scheduled arrival date at no charge. NO REFUND policy will be
implemented.
6. We highly encourage cashless transaction. Payments can be made thru online
banking.
7. Social distancing should be practiced at all times. Wear a mask, save a life!
8. Follow the Standard Health protocols during your stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MEALS AND VENUE
1. Meals stubs are issued at the resort front desk. Each meal stub has a corresponding meal to be served on a
venue as herein specified
2. Venue for all the meals for OVERNIGHT guests shall be served at the resort restaurant.
3. Venue for all the meals for DAYTOUR shall be served at the beachfront. The Beach Resort Operation
Department reserves the right to change venue when necessary.
4. Leftover food will be charged according to the price of buffet meal. (per plate/head)
5. Strictly NO FOOD & DRINKS allowed inside the resort except Cake, Roasted Pig & Fruits
RESORT RULES AND REGULATION
1. Bringing of firearms, other deadly weapon and prohibited drugs within the premises is strictly prohibited.
Firearms and deadly weapons must be turned over to Blue Coral Security Personnel and/or to the Front
desk.
2. The owner and management of the resort shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to
guest’s property occurring in the resort premises brought about by guest’s acts or omission.
3. Guest’s will be liable to any damage occurred in the room/s and/or resort facilities. A written bill will be
sent shortly after the damage is noticed and payment is expected promptly upon receipt.
4. Lost keys will be replaced at a cost of Php 600. And lost towels will be charged accordingly.
5. No fire pits in the sand.
6. An adult must accompany children at all times.
7. Protect our fragile beaches. Leave shells and corals where you find them.
8. Strictly No Smoking inside the room and resort premises. We have a designated smoking area at the Lobby.
9. No bringing of tents
10. No pets allowed
11. Wear proper swimming attires, Strictly NO Nudity
12. Taking a shower before going into the pool
13. Strictly No Diving.

accommodate your queries related to Blue Coral Beach Resort and provide needed assistance.
PARKING LOT Cars, suv etc. are free to use the parking space inside the resort. There will be a corresponding parking
fees for buses, mini bus and coaster

Table Tennis, Billiards, Darts are available for all in-house guests without additional fees for one (1) hr. only so that

*The local Government of San Juan Batangas are charging Ecological fee of 20Php per pax.
