Registered Geotechnical Engineers

Change of Address

Regulation 45 of the Building (Administration) Regulations requires that


every authorized person, registered structural engineer and registered geotechnical
engineer shall in the specified form notify the Building Authority of any change in the
address at which he carries on business, within 14 days thereof.

2. The form specified for such purpose is Form BA 24 (cf PNAP APP-60).
An Electronic Forms Submission System has been set up to facilitate online submission
of the form via the website of the Buildings Department (www.bd.gov.hk). The form
may also be sent to the Registration Unit, Buildings Department Headquarters, North
Tower, West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon,
Hong Kong.
