(A) Application: Define Each term


1. Business Tag Line- Tagline is communicative tools with the
customers. It is a word phrase or a description used for a
business to identify business identity, message and at the same
time their services. Tagline will also express your business
purpose. Therefore, it must be inspiring and motivating so that
customers will tend to buy and able to recognize your product and
services.
2. Target Market It refers to business customers. Target market
used to identify the most potential customer of your business
product. Hence, it’s part for successful selling and business
growth.
3. Market Segmentation-

(B) Essay:
1. Site 10 different Business tag lines from the top Business
companies here in the Philippines. Explain each tag line.
 Banco de Oro (BDO) – “We find ways.”
-Their services are intended to help Filipino people to thrive
in their everyday life. We find ways, commonly to us Filipino
people when we face financial problem or even difficulties in
life we are being motivated to preserver because everything
has its purposed and ways to resolved.
 Lucky Me! Noodles – “Lucky Me!”
-As the tagline quoted “Lucky Me!” is the main purposed of
this company. To provide everyone a satisfied meal.

 Meralco – “May liwanag and buhay.”


 Metrobank – “You’re in good hands.”
 ML Kwarta Padala – “We move your money fast.”
 Mercury Drug Store – “Nakasisiguro gamot ay laging bago.”
 Cobra Energy Drink – “Hindi umaatras and may tunay na
lakas.”
 Datu Puti Vinegar– “Mukhasim”
 Bombo Radyo Philippines – Basta Radyo, Bombo!
 Red Horse Beer – “Ito and tama.”

2. Assuming you are a new entrepreneur in food industry, what will


be your specific business and what will be your Tag line? (State
your chosen business first and the tag line. Explain why you chose
that business and why you chose that tag line)

3. Explain and give your thoughts about the famous Business tag line
of Nike “JUST DO IT’’.
4. How will a’ ’business tag line’’ impacts the business to its Market?
