TITLE: Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone, known also under the title

Novel Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone is the first film of the 7th
Harry Potter series by JK Rowling released on December 19, 2001.
DIRECTOR: Chris Columbus directed the film based on a script written by
Steve Kloves.
The main character of Harry Potter itself stars Daniel Radcliffe and two of
his friends, namely Hermione Granger, starring Emma Watson and Ronald
Weaslay, starring Rupert Grint. In addition, there are also several
professors who play this film, such as Albus Dumbledore, the principal,
played by Richard Harris, Rubeus Hagrid, the school guard played by
Robbie Coltraine, and Saverus Snape, played by Alan Rickman.
THE RATING OF THE MOVIES : The film was even made into three Oscar
nominations in 2002 to the category of Best Art Direction, Set Decoration,
Best Costume Design, and Best Music Original Score. Apart from that, this
film also managed to enter more than 60 other nominations and won by
winning 17 other trophies.
SYNOPSIS: In Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone, Harry still doesn’t
know who he really is. He lives with his uncle, wife and child who treat
Harry badly. In this film, the world is divided into two, namely the world of
magic and the world of non-magic. In the non-magical world contains
ordinary people who do not have the capability of being a witch.
Arriving At Harry’s Birthday 11th, he received an invitation letter brought
directly by Hagrid that he was officially accepted at the Hogwarts School of
Witch and Wizard or a special school for witches to learn their magic
abilities. Hearing that, Harry was very surprised because he felt that he is
not a magician, but the fact that Harry is a wizard turned out had been
hidden by his aunt and uncle so that Harry can not go to Hogwarts as her
parents first.
Finally, Hagrid managed to bring Harry to the wizarding world to prepare
Harry’s equipment for Hogwarts school. Unexpectedly, it turns out that
Harry is very famous in the wizarding world. He is known as ‘The Boy Who
Lived’ or ‘The Living Child’. Initially Harry did not know why he was very
famous, until Hagrid tells Harry past that there was a very evil witch 11
years ago wanting to kill Harry named Lord Voldemort, but now the witch is
still in a very weak and also still unknown existence.
Arriving was the point today where time Harry went to Hogwarts.He rides a
special train for magicians by entering a very unique platform. It was in the
train that Harry met a red-haired boy named Ronald Weasley who was
usually called Ron and also met a girl with curly hair named Hermione
Granger. Hermione is a very smart child and has a high curiosity about the
wizarding world. It was at this time that they got to know each other and
became friends.
Then, here the story of Harry’s adventure with his two friends begins.
Starting from getting a boarding house and participating in many exciting
school activities wrapped in various tense conflicts.
ADVANTAGES : The movies teach about friendship, love and braveness
which showed by relation among Harry Potter, Hemione Granger and
ronald Wesley
DISADVANTAGES: Tell story about unreal world and it can’t aplied in the
real world and make ilusion in the real live
MORAL VALUE: the braveness and togetherness can solve and
overcoming and to the big and complicated problem even we thought that
we are small
