NARRATIVE REPORT
Second Parent-Teacher Association Conference
Grade 8-SPS

Grade 8-SPS conducted their First Parent-Teacher Association Conference last March

01, 2022 at the classroom in Pagalanggang National High School. There were 26 out of 27

expected parents arrived one by one.

The meeting started at exactly 8:30 in

the morning. The parents submitted the outputs

first and signed off on the attendance.

Afterwards, the teacher began to discuss the

agenda of the meeting, such as the COVID

vaccine status of the students. A number of

parents admitted that they do not want their children to get vaccinated for some reasons, like

being worried and scared of the possible side effects. Meanwhile, the teacher then gave out

the OTG-USB to the parents, which the students could use to access the soft copy of their

modules. Furthermore, the importance of online kamustahan in the successful communication

of teachers, parents, and students was emphasized once more.

After a while, the teacher proceeded with

the distribution of the report cards. There was a

lot of taking photos and talking about different

matters between the teachers and parents, including the evaluation and assessment of the

performance of their children. Despite everything, everyone still manages to observe wearing

a facemask and social distancing. The said activity was carried out simultaneously, smoothly,

and ended peacefully at exactly 12:00 pm in the afternoon.
