ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Responsible for planning, directing and controlling the production operation.
✓ Monitoring day to day production and following for commitments items for dispatch.
✓ Fallow up the daily, weekly, monthly production plan to achieve the targets by without idle to run the furnace.
✓ Man power handling, making documentation related to production, following up of production plans.
✓ Every day conducting the planning meeting based upon marketing team requirements.
✓ Plan to achieve the monthly plan to achieve production on time.
✓ Experience in handling material like low carbon, medium carbon, boron steel, alloy steel and high
carbon steels.
✓ Experience in handling the process like Case hardening, Direct hardening, Carbo Nitriding and
Carburizing. etc..
✓ Experience in handling and metallurgical inspection of various process like Case hardening, Direct
hardening, Carbo nitriding, Carburising, Annealing and Stress Reliving etc.

Atmosphere gas for HT process.
