1 CREATE RMA FOR T&T
1. Login to SAA using an operator who has sufficient access to RMA module
2. Create a new Authorization to Receive, under Relationship Management click Valid Bilateral
Authorizations
3. Click Add

4. Fill Buna BIC details as below
5. Fill your BIC information for T&T purposes as below
Where:
a) Service: indicates the mode of the RMA, swift.fin!p will be T&T RMA.
b) Signing BIC for T&T indicates your master BIC Code (Live BIC code)

c) Own BICs: click on Add button and type your T&T BIC code ends with 0
6. Click Next
7. Choose below options
8. Click Finish, and the below message will popup
9. Log in with another operator to Approve this Authorization if you are using RMA in Dual
Authorization mode. If not, the same operator can approve it
a. Under Relationship Management choose All Authorizations
b. Open the created Authorization and click Approve

c. Once approved the status should be changed to “Sent to Correspondent” if your
Emission profile is active, if not it will be Waiting Transmission, enable your
Emission profile so RMA traffic will be enabled and therefore the created RMA will
be sent to BUNNAEA0

2 CREATE RMA FOR LIVE
1. Login to SAA using an operator who has sufficient access to RMA module
2. Create a new Authorization to Receive, under Relationship Management click Valid Bilateral
authorizations
3. Click Add

4. Fill the information as below
Where:
a. Service: indicates the mode of the RMA, swift.fin will be LIVE RMA.
b. Own BICs: click on Add button and type your LIVE BIC Code
c. Correspondent BICs: BUNNAEAA

5. Click Next
6. Choose below options
7. Click Finish, and the below message will popup
8. Login with another operator to Approve this Authorization if you are using RMA in Dual
authorization mode. If not, the same operator can approve it
9. Under Relationship Management choose All authorizations

10. Open the created authorization and click Approve
11. Once approved the status should be changed to “Sent to Correspondent” if your Emission
profile is active, if not it will be Waiting Transmission, enable your Emission profile so RMA
traffic will be enabled and therefore the created RMA will be sent to BUNNAEAA
