He has read certain official investigative reports and statements of witnesses regarding the above-named. Defendant(s) and, from these statements reports it appears as follows: That this event occurred within the City of Tulsa, County of Tulsa, and State of Oklahoma, 4, That on 09/30/2022 at approximately 2142 hours, TPD officer came over the police radio stating of shots fired at the McLain High School football stadium located at 4929 N. Peoria Ave 5. That numerous First Responders responded to the scene and during the chaos located two vietims, who both appeared to suffer from gunshots wounds. 6. That Damurquis Wilson was located by the entrance/gate into the stadium and suffered from wounds to his upper torso. 7. That Terron Yarbrough was located by the tennis courts and suffered from what appeared to be a gunshot wound to his upper torso. 8, That Terron Yarbrough was pronounced deceased by Tulsa Fire at 2156 hours while Damurquis Wilson was transported to a local hospital 9. That Crime Scene and Homicide Detectives were called to the school to process the scene. 10. That during the course of processing the scene, Crime Scene Detectives recovered several 9mm cartridge casings by the front gate. 1. That Detectives spoke to security guard Khamill Clardy who stated that he was at the front gate as the game was ending when he noticed a group of juvenile fighting 12. That Clardy states thet he went to toward the group to break up the fight when one of the subjects in a rayish/blue hoody pulled out a gun and began to fire indiscriminately at those around him. 13. That Clardy states that the suspect then ran and he (Clardy) began to chase after the subject but lost him after the suspect went into the neighboritood. 14, That Homicide Detectives were able to obtain video footage from the football field that showed the effects of the shooting but did not catch the shooting itself. 15. That Detectives were able to locate the footage that shows Clardy chasing after the individual he stated was the suspect shooting, 16. That with the video footage, school officials were able to identify students in the video that were around the incident and passed this information on to detectives. W. states the re shooting, ‘Thal your affiant continued the investigation and spoke to several students and witnesses who would inform your affiant that there was a group of individuals that had an issue with Niavien Golden. “That Eddie Jackson was identified on video as one of the participants in the fight and was located and interviewed. “That Eddie Jackson stated that he was involved in the incident and that as Niavien Golden swung at him but missed, and he then swung and hit Niavien. ‘That Eddie Jackson states that Damurquis jumped into the fight to assist Niavien. ‘That Eddie Jackson admits that some of the other guys with him assisted in the fight and gave names of those individuals. ‘That Eddie Jackson states that when he hit Niavien, something fell out of his (Niavien) hoody and hit the ground. ‘That Eddie Jackson states that Niavien bent down to pick up whatever it was, and he (Eddy) took off running when he heard gunshots. ‘That Eddie Jackson stated that he did not know the name of the shooter at the time of the incident, but later learned that the subject he was fighting with was Niavien Golden. ‘That detectives continued to watch video from different cameras around the ball field and were able to locate the suspected shooter and victim Damurquis Wilson befriending each other minutes before the shooting. That Detectives also identified a witness that was in proximity of Niavien Golden and Damurquis Wilson, ‘who when question stated that “they were captured on video with the shooter”. That this witness (LM) stated that Niavien Golden and Damurquis Wilson are good friends and! that Niavien was having words with a group of individuals specifically a guy named Vonte. That Niavien showed this witness ¢ gun prior to the shooting and even made mention of shooting Vonte after having words with him. That the witness further stated that Vonte came back by Niavien and told Niavien to come outside and Niavien then followed the group of individuals. ‘That the witness was shown a photograph of Rontoris Williams, and they identified this individual as Vonte, the individual that was having words with Niavien, ‘That the witness stated that they observed Niavien, and the group of individuals walk toward the exit, and they then heard gunshots. ‘That this witness was also shown a still photograph taken from the security cameras, and they identified Niavien Golden and Damurquis Wilson as the individuals in the photograph. ‘That this witness states that they know both Niavien Golden and Damurguis Wilson and know for a fact, that these are the individuals in the photograph, That Niavien Lee Golden is described as a black male, 5°09-5°10", 140-160 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, Date of Birth 12/16/2005, SSN UNK, Last Known Address: 1139 N. Osage Drive , Tulsa Oklahoma 74106, State of Oklahoma.
