Respected Sir,

working as _______________________________________ in Anakapalle Division. I
have read the above quoted SPOS letter NO B/1/3-8/MTS/2022 dated 12.09.2022. Due
to my domestic conditions reasons I am unwilling to join in MTS cadre. I request you to
kindly treat this as my letter of decline to the post of MTS. I also submit that I will not
claim for my candidature to be considered for MTS cadre in future.
