II. Who are the people involved in an Entry Camp?
The success of every Entry Camp lies within the people involved in its planning and
implementation. Proper delegation of tasks, right the number of service team members,
preparation time, and logistical requirements should be well considered at all times.
The service team for the entry camp should be composed of the KFC Couple Coordinator,
Rock Facilitators, and CFC parents who are willing to serve in the activity. Good role
models must be tapped to serve in the camp.
1. KFC Chapter Couple Coordinator
The KFC Chapter Couple Coordinator acts as parents to the service team and the
participants. They serve as good role models, are watchful of their words and actions,
and strive to provide the best Christian environment for the kids.
All final decisions for the activity are made by the KFC Chapter Couple Coordinator. The
Team Leaders (Rock) and CFC Parents may propose ideas, but the KFC Chapter Couple
Coordinator makes the final decision.
The KFC Chapter Couple Coordinator courses their correction of the Service Team
through the Team Leaders.
Below are some of the basic tasks of the KFC Chapter Couple Coordinator in
preparation for the Senior Kids Camp.
Before the activity:
• Promotes the Senior Kids Camp in the chapter
• Conducts the Parent’s Orientation
During the activity:
• Follows up attendance of the parents in the Parents’ Briefing.
• Encourages CFC Chapter Head’s presence, especially during the Parents’
Briefing.
• Conducts the Parents’ Briefing

(Note: they attend the parents' orientation and briefing to assist the KFC Couple
Coordinator and meet the Parents who are possible CLP participants.)
3. Parents
The parent’s role is vital in nourishing the Christian life and journey of their kids after
the camp. Therefore, we require parents to attend the Parents Orientation scheduled
before the camp, and the Dialogue and Pray-Over Session with their children during
the latter part of the camp
4. The Rock Leaders and Rock Facilitators
As members of the service team, the Rock Facilitators have a crucial role to play in the
entry camps. Since kids learn fast through observation and imitation, facilitators are
expected to be good role models and good teachers, instructors, or mentors.
At least ten (10) ROCK Facilitators are tasked with the following:
