Write in the correct name, quality, and inversion below each triad. Be
sure to use 6 and 6/4 to label first and second inversion triads.
Qualities may include major, minor, diminished, or augmented.
Write the chord symbol for each triad above the staff. The qualities used for this worksheet are:
Major, Minor, Diminished, Augmented, and Sus4. Many of the examples are inverted. Write the
chord symbols as if all chords are in root position. There is no need for slash chords.
