Carrying out routine load test on selected piles by

1 The bentonite slurry or equivalent material shall be used for the stabalising of the soil during the piling operation

2 PVC tanks to be used for storing the bentonite slurry for boring of piles. No temporary tanks will be permitted to be made in the groun
3 Disposal of used bentonite shall be in scope of the piling agency outside the project premises.
4 Reinforcement steel shall be provided for fabrication of pile cages. Fabrication and placing in position of cages shall be in scope of pilin
5 Concrete shall be provided to the piling agency. Pouring of concrete shall be in scope of piling agency.
6 The cost of mobalising & demobalising of equipment is deemed to be included in the rates quoted
GST will be paid extra
7 Payment Terms
(A) 20% advance on mobilization of equipment hydraulic/TMR on site
(B) 50% on completion of pile drilling, lowering of cage & laying RCC
( C) 10% on completion of routine load test pile
(D) 10% on cut of pile head as per BOQ specifications
(E ) 10% completion of site work & submission of test report
8 Electricity/water will be provided on chargeble basis
9 Muck removal & disposal within distance of 50m as directed by project manager, in scope of piling agency.
10 TMR system is acceptable for piling work.
