Service Kit Instructions

Series 90
Multi-function valve seal kit installation
• Clean valve externally with clean solvent to remove any debris
• Remove P03 nut assembly. (Caution: Do not loosen P04 nut as that will
change the pressure setting.)
• Clean the valve internally. (Caution: Do not misplace P07 spring, P08 spring
seat and P17 poppet during the cleaning process.)
• Replace P02 O-ring and apply a light film of petroleum jelly.
• Reinstall P03 nut assembly and torque to 41Nm (30 lbf•ft.)
• Install P06 and P13 O-ring and apply a light film of petroleum jelly.
• Install multifunction valve into the pump and torque to 89 Nm (66 lbf•ft.) for
30 to 100 cc pumps and 210 Nm (155 lbf•ft.) for 130 to 250 cc pumps.
