Titles (c-Titles) and Annotation of All Registered and Issued Individual
c-Titles at the Dorsal Portion of the CCLOA

Pursuant to Republic Act (R.A.) No. 6657, as amended and DAR A.O. No. 01, Series of 2021, titled
“Revised Guidelines and Procedures on the Parcelization of Landholdings with Collective Certificates
of Land Ownership Award”. The existing Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award
(CCLOAs) is described hereunder:

Based on the attached copy of Order of Parcelization (CARPER LAD Form No. 70-I), Masterlist of
ARBS, and Approved Subdivision Plan (ASP) with narrative Technical Description (TD), may we
request the following:

1. Generation, registration, and issuance of Computerized Titles (c-Titles) using the


appropriate ROD Judicial Forms for the ARBs indicated in the attached copy of Masterlist
of ARBs and the Order of Parcelization;
2. Annotation of all registered and issued individual c-Titles at the dorsal portion of the
CCLOA.
3. Issuance of separate/regular titles for the landowner retained areas and non-coverable
areas other than for common uses, if any; and
4. Issuance of Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) in the name of the Republic of the
Philippines (RP) for areas intended for common use (i.e., burial sites, roads, irrigation
systems, hospital, etc).

Further, electronic copies of the said ASP and TDs are also provided for the speedy generation of c-
Titles.

Kindly submit to us a copy of the generated c-Title for our confirmation of the same and authorizing
the use of the digital signature of the DAR Secretary.
