This website shows the difference between hypertrophy and strength. Essentially one
focuses more to modifying muscle cells to make muscle larger which is “hypertrophy” .
On the other hand, the other aims to make muscle stronger meaning “strength
training”. The reason why I chose this website is because the importance of someone’s
goal. Strength training and hypertrophy training don’t necessarily have the same goal or
outcome. It is very important to know what my friend’s goal is because the way you
workout makes a difference.

Diet has a big impact on your energy level and how well your recover from a workout.
It’s needed to fuel our body properly especially when being active. I chose this website
mainly because the importance of our health. Although you are trying to lose weight it is
important to give our body the energy it needs to be able to function properly. I like this
website because it shows most of nutrition rules that people tend to forget. When
looking through this website, I realized that not it only this would be helpful to my friend
but to myself as well. I could also apply this information to myself and improve my
eating habits.

When working out, proper form can not only lower your risk of injury, but also allows
you to move efficiently. Improper form can lead to injury; strains, sprains, tears and as
well as breakages off muscles. When performing incorrect form, this can also cause you
to target unintended muscles or muscles groups. This is why it is always better to lift
lighter with proper form rather than lifting heavier weights with poor form. I chose this
website because it shows you different types of exercise with proper form. It also
includes bad form for the viewers to see the difference between the two. This website
would be so helpful, especially when you’re unfamiliar with lifting.

A personal trainer job is to create programs for their clients, motivating and guiding
them to achieve their goals. Their clients may wish to either lose weight or gain muscles,
and as personal trainer, its job is to teach and help them to exercise using workouts and
specific plans. This is when you introduce the difference between bulking and cutting.
Bulking focuses more on nutrient and calorie dense food, whereas cutting diet includes
nutrient dense and low calorie foods to stimulate fat loss and muscle maintenance. I
chose this website because I can apply it to my knowledge and share this information to
my friend.

Knowing muscle anatomy, and bio mechanics is important because it allows me to
determine which type of exercise and execution is better for maximizing force. This
website can help trainers improve the performance of their clients with using various bio
mechanical techniques. Depending on the goal, the trainer may prefer to use one
technique over the other as it has better leverage over the other. For example, the
execution of an exercise and biomechanics will be different for a client who is training
for a marathon than for a client who is training to become a power lifter.
