POLICY CHILD-LABOR FREE WORKPLACE PROGRAM

FOREWORD

Taking cognizance of the government’s program against child labor,

seeks to
(NAME OF YOUR COMPANY) ________________________________________________________________________________________

understand the magnitude, manifestation, and consequences of the child labor

phenomenon. Essentially, child labor is seen as an abusive form of work,
particularly for those below eighteen (18) years of age who are employed in
hazardous or deleterious work.

As a consequence, the negative impact of child labor is far-reaching,

often causing irreparable damage to the child’s physical and psychological
development, thus, our company, heeding to moral, human, and spiritual
concerns is doing a thorough screening of applicants, with the objective of non-
accommodation of child workers, for putting children in danger would also
endanger the future of the community.
