The Halloween Mystery at
Harriet’s House Maths Game
Harriet, the witch, is holding a Halloween party. She is very excited. She has
prepared all her favourite foods, including Frozen Frog Ices, Ghostly Gumballs
and Eyeball Pizza. She has a sparkly new hat with jewels on the side and
silver shoes to wear. Her house is spotless and she is ready to welcome her
guests.
The guests arrived, parking their broomsticks in the porch. Some hitched
a ride with a friend, while others suddenly appeared in the hallway. The
Grimm Brothers Band began to play and everyone was having a screamingly
good time!
However, disaster struck! Someone sneaked into the kitchen and ate half of
the beautiful Black Cat and Bat Cake which Harriet had made especially,
with extra bat wing flavouring! Who would do such a thing?
Your mission is to use the list of suspect descriptions, solve the maths clues
and find out who the cake scoffer is!
Good luck.
