the expectations of leaders. Discussed here are: a person’s leadership style,
impact on organizational culture & structure, compatibility with current/past

To summarize, being a leader in the image of an organizer means quietly
observing the situation, identifying the desired goal, recognizing the available
resources, and organizing them to formulate a system that will be
advantageous in accomplishing this goal, and overseeing it. They have a high
awareness of the people around them and prefer to work in a disciplined and
systematic manner which helps them to accomplish their objectives.

To summarize the image of a leader in a morning person, they are the ones that
use their time efficiently in order to finish their work in a day. Them being a
morning person encourages others to cooperate to finish their work within the
time given, since a morning person is time conscious which gives the organization
the help they need to accomplish tasks ahead of schedule.
