Arepas

Arepa is a type of food made of


ground maize dough, eaten in
the northern region of South Venezuela: Famous dish

It is usually filled with


cheese, meats such as
BBQ chicken or pork,
or with black beans.
Pisco sour
an alcoholic cocktail of Peruvian origin that
is typical of the cuisines from Peru. The
drink's name comes from pisco, which is its
base liquor, and the cocktail term sour, in
reference to sour citrus juice and sweetener
components

Pisco (A type of brandy)


Lemon juice
Egg white
Simple syrup
Brigadeiro
a simple Brazilian chocolate bonbon, created in the
1940s and named after Brigadier Eduardo Gomes. It
is a very popular candy in Brazil and in Portugal
and it is usually served at birthday parties,and also
as dessert.
