ANSWER

Part 1
1/ What do you do to keep fit?
Honestly, I don’t like sport, so I don’t do any certain activities to keep fit. But I focus on the healthy diet,
such as eating vegetables and fish intead of pork.

On a daily basis,I always practice yoga for an hour in the evening to relax afer a long tired day.
2/ Are you good at sport?

Actually, I can play many sports. However, I am not good at any sport.
3/ What sports do you play?
I am not a good sports player, but I can play many sports like football, volleyball, badminton and so on.
4/ What is the most popular sport in your country?
Về học: My country is a big fan of football. In the important tournaments of the national team, the
number of people coming to the field to watch the match is very large and almost every house turns on
TV to watch.
Part2
I’d like to talk about the fooball match between u23 vietnam national team and u23 uskabekitan
national team. It is the final match of u23 asia, which is historyial match of Vietnam national team.we
play under zero degree, this is the first time ,we play fooball under that the weather . we were
underestimated(Đánh giá quá thấp) for skill, experience , high height and physical. However, we played
good, we play and equal( bình đẳng) with the other team. Can you imagine? That’s so unbelievable Our
team played with bravery( sự dũng cảm). But, sadly, we weren’t in luck, in final 2 minute finish , the
other team got with higher score with a nasty( khó chịu) header. We lost the game, , but our team won
the hearts ( thắng được trái tim) of football lovers( người yêu bóng đá) around the world. The match
that day ( trận đấu hôm đó) became the most memorable ( đáng nhớ nhất)match of the country's
football lovers history.
Part 3
Health is presents/shows a physical state( trạng thái thể chất) of a person. Health is limited, it will go
through lost follow time or each person's lifestyle( sự sinh hoạt). When health is not good, it affects
many aspects of our lives it will bring many dangers to us. Being aware of that( ý thức được việc đó), I
always exercise to maintain(duy trì), and improve ( cải thiện)health and keep fit.

Exercise is very simple, you can go hiking, cycling or choose a sport practice. In my country, depend on
their age, they will choose a form( hình thức) of exercise to suit ( phù hợp)them, but most people will
choose to walk because it's really simple, you just need to spend a little time. In addition, the state( tình
trạng) of inactivity( lười vận động) become more and more serious( trần trọng), especially young people
who are not aware of health problems, often stay up late, eat a lot of unhealthy food, spend a lot of
time for bad hobbies but forget to exercise. Those things make their health become poor, easy to get
sick. Therefore, I think it is necessary( cần thiết) to propagate( tuyên truyền) the harm( tác hại) effecting
( ảnh hưởng )of inactivity and health problems, they can meet it. if they are lazy sedentary ( ít vận dộng)
for everyone to know . Moreover, it is necessary to organize a sports day ,so that ( để có thể) everyone
can share their exercise experiences and start exercising more.

Health is something that cannot be bought, so take good care of it right now/ as soon as possible.
