U Version is LCD compatible Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) module and available in 16×2, 20×2, 20×4, 24×2,
40×2, and 40×4 character format. Compared to LCD, U Version VFD module is a bright and vibrant emissive display
which makes it easier to read from short and long distance. U version can also withstand the most demanding
environmental conditions.
The U version products will essentially “drop-in” to many of today’s character module application with no
mechanical or wiring change.
