Assessing Your Project Management Skills

I evaluate my ability to think strategically and manage projects effectively by responding to statements regarding my project management skills. I rate myself on a scale of 1 to 4 for statements such as thoroughly planning projects, understanding objectives and difficulties, identifying resource allocation, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. I then add up my total score and compare it to analysis criteria to assess my performance and identify areas for improvement, with scores below 65 indicating a need to review planning processes thoroughly, scores from 65-95 showing reasonable effectiveness but room for growth, and scores over 96 demonstrating excellent project management skills.
